Joys of Pygogi

I am not really sure how this is spelled because it is korean and so doesn't translate super well. However it is delicious! Enjoy!

Pygogi

1 chuck beef roast, cut thinly across the grain

4 green onions, diced

1/3 cup fresh ginger, diced

1/4 cup garlic, diced

1 tsp. meat tenderizer

1/3 cup soy sauce

1 Tbsp. sesame oil

Combine all ingredients 3-4 hours before cooking and refrigerate. When ready to cook, heat skillet and put about half the meat mixture in at a time (you don’t need cooking spray or anything if you’re using Teflon). Stir occasionally. Meat will not always be completely brown in the middle because of nitrates.

Seaweed Wrap- buy sea weed wrap from your local grocery store. Open and brush with vegetable oil and salt then fry in a pan.

*Notes- If you don't like ginger a ton then don't put as much in, because a 1/3 cup makes it very gingery.

When you eat use the seaweed to scoop up rice, and beef.
